Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2013, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 2:09 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Branch; Patrick, Diane; Alonzo; Clardy; Darby; Howard; Martinez, "Mando"; Murphy; and Raney.

 

A quorum was present.
