Pursuant to a notice posted on February 15, 2013, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 18, 2013, and permission granted on February 20, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Higher Education met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Branch, at 2:12 p.m.
