Pursuant to a notice posted on April 10, 2013, and permission granted on April 15, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Government Efficiency & Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harper-Brown, at 2:05 p.m.
