Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 14, 2013, and permission granted on March 14, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Government Efficiency & Reform met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harper-Brown, at 11:17 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harper-Brown; Perry; Capriglione; Stephenson; and Vo.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 914 as pending business.
