Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2013, and permission granted on March 11, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Government Efficiency & Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harper-Brown, at 4:16 p.m.
