Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2013, and permission granted on February 25, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Government Efficiency & Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harper-Brown, at 4:00 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harper-Brown; Perry; Capriglione; Stephenson; Taylor, Van; and Vo.

 

A quorum was present.
