Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2013, revised on April 22, 2013, and permission granted on April 22, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Investments & Financial Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Villarreal, at 5:04 p.m.
