Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 16, 2013 and on April 17, 2013, and permission granted on April 17, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Federalism & Fiscal Responsibility, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Creighton, at 3:43 p.m.
