Pursuant to a notice posted on April 3, 2013, the House Committee on Federalism & Fiscal Responsibility, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Creighton, at 2:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Creighton; Burkett; Lucio III; Turner, Scott; and Walle.

The chair laid out HCR 63 as pending business.

Representative Turner, Scott moved that HCR 63, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
