Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2014, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harless, at 10:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harless; Márquez; Isaac; Kacal; Reynolds; Thompson, Ed; and Turner, Chris.
