Pursuant to a notice posted on May 9, 2013, and permission granted on May 14, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harless, at 2:49 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harless; Márquez; Isaac; Kacal; Reynolds; and Thompson, Ed.

The chair laid out SB 1176.
