Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 2013, revised on April 12, 2013, and permission granted on April 16, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Harless, at 12:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Harless; Márquez; Lewis; Reynolds; Thompson, Ed; Turner, Chris; and Villalba.
