Pursuant to a notice posted on September 5, 2014, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on International Trade & Intergovernmental Affairs, and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 9:03 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Keffer; Burnam; Canales; Dale; Lozano; and Paddie.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

Representative Guerra was also present.

 

Senator Hinojosa was also present.

 

The committee began taking invited testimony on Mexico’s Energy Reform.

The committee began taking invited testimony on LNG and Crude Oil Exports.

At 12:40 p.m., on the motion of Representative Canales and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
