Pursuant to a notice posted on February 13, 2013, and permission granted on February 18, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Morrison, at 3:33 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Morrison; Miles; Johnson; Klick; Miller, Rick; and Wu.

 

A quorum was present.
