CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On May 8, 2013, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development held on May 3, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2013, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 6:15 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, John; Vo; Bell; Isaac; Murphy; Perez; and Workman.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

SB 328

 

The chair laid out SB 328 as pending business.

 

Representative Perez moved that SB 328, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Davis, John; Vo; Bell; Isaac; Murphy; Perez; Workman (7).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).

Representative Murphy moved to reconsider all votes by which the measure was reported from committee.  The motion to reconsider prevailed without objection.

Representative Murphy moved that SB 340, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
