Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2013, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 8:06 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, John; Vo; Isaac; Perez; and Workman.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair directed that the minutes reflect that HB 437, HB 963 and HB 800 were referred to the Subcommittee on Manufacturing on February 25, 2013; and that HB 953 and HB 1499 were referred to the Subcommittee on Manufacturing on February 27, 2013.

 

At 9:53 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
