Pursuant to a notice posted on February 14, 2013, the House Committee on Economic & Small Business Development met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, John, at 8:08 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Davis, John; Vo; Bell; Isaac; Murphy; Perez; Rodriguez, Eddie; and Workman.

 

A quorum was present.

Chairman John Davis appointed the following members to the Subcommittee on Manufacturing:
