Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2013, and permission granted on April 22, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Technology met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 4:53 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Elkins; Button; and Fallon.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

 

HB 335

 

The chair laid out HB 335 as pending business.

 

The chair offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

 

Representative Fallon moved that HB 335, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                           Representatives Elkins; Button; Fallon (3).

 

Nays:                           None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:   None (0).
