Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2013, and permission granted on March 4, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, during the reading and referral of bills, the House Committee on Technology met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Elkins, at 3:37 p.m.
