Pursuant to a notice posted on April 25, 2013, the House Committee on Criminal Procedure Reform, Select met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Riddle, at 9:08 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Riddle; Carter; and Moody.

 

A quorum was present.
