Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2013, the House Committee on Criminal Procedure Reform, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Riddle, at 2:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Riddle; Carter; Herrero; Moody; and Parker.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair recognized Representative Parker to explain HB 2804.
