Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 14, 2013, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 9:12 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Herrero; Carter; Burnam; Canales; Leach; Moody; Schaefer; and Toth.
