Pursuant to a notice posted on May 8, 2013, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 10, 2013 and on May 13, 2013, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 5:58 p.m.
