Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 23, 2013, and permission granted on April 23, 2013, to meet upon adjournment, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Joe Farias, at 4:36 p.m.
