CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 29, 2013, the House Committee on County Affairs authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on County Affairs held on April 19, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 19, 2013, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 10:52 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Farias; González, Mary; Hunter; Kolkhorst; Krause; and Simpson.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HJR 147 as pending business.

 

Representative González, Mary moved that HJR 147, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
