Pursuant to a notice posted on March 1, 2013, and permission granted on March 7, 2013, to meet while the House is in session, the House Committee on County Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Coleman, at 11:44 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Coleman; Farias; González, Mary; Hernandez Luna; Hunter; Kolkhorst; Krause; and Simpson.
