Pursuant to a notice posted on September 24, 2014, the House Committee on Corrections met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Public Education and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 10:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; White; Rose; Sheffield, J. D.; and Toth.

 

A quorum was present.
