CORRECTED MINUTES

 

On May 15, 2013, the House Committee on Corrections authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Corrections held on May 9, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on May 8, 2013, the House Committee on Corrections met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 8:21 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; White; Riddle; and Sheffield, J. D..

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

SB 876

 

The chair laid out SB 876.

 

The chair explained SB 876.

 

Representative Riddle moved that SB 876, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
