Pursuant to a notice posted on February 28, 2013, the House Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 2:08 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; White; Allen; Riddle; Rose; Sheffield, J. D.; and Toth.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 634 as pending business.

 

Representative Allen moved that HB 634, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
