Pursuant to a notice posted on February 21, 2013, the House Committee on Corrections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Parker, at 2:04 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Parker; White; Allen; Riddle; Sheffield, J. D.; and Toth.
