CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On June 17, 2013, the House Committee on Redistricting, Select authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Redistricting, Select held on May 31, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on May 28, 2013, the House Committee on Redistricting, Select met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 9:07 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Clardy; Deshotel; Gonzales, Larry; Harper-Brown; Huberty; Hunter; Martinez Fischer; Morrison; Orr; Pickett; Price; Raymond; Thompson, Senfronia; and Villalba.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, HB 4

 

The chair laid out HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, and HB 4.

 

The chair explained HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, and HB 4.

 

(Representative Davis, Yvonne now present.)

 

(Representative Oliveira now present.)

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

(Representative Creighton now present.)

 

The chair closed on HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, and HB 4.

 

HB 1, HB 2, HB 3, and HB 4 were left pending without objection.

 

At 12:32 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
