Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2013, the House Committee on International Trade & Intergovernmental Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Anchia, at 9:15 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Anchia; Lozano; Capriglione; Nevárez; Perez; and Strama.

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 1286 as pending business.

 

Representative Strama moved that HB 1286, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
