Pursuant to a notice posted on February 6, 2013, and permission granted on February 11, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Article III, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 8:01 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Bonnen, Greg; Crownover; Giddings; Howard; Patrick, Diane; and Ratliff.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

 

The Subcommittee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.
