Pursuant to a notice posted on September 11, 2014, the House Committee on Agriculture & Livestock met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Tracy O., at 10:05 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives King, Tracy O.; Anderson; González, Mary; Kacal; Springer; and White.

 

A quorum was present.
