CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On March 11, 2013, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Budget Transparency and Reform authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Budget Transparency and Reform held on February 25, 2013. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 20, 2013, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Budget Transparency and Reform met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Crownover, at 9:46 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Crownover; Longoria; Darby; Howard; Raney; and Ratliff.

 

A quorum was present.

 


 

HB 1026

 

The chair laid out HB 1026.

 

The chair recognized Representative Pitts to explain HB 1026.

 

The Committee heard testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.

 

The chair recognized Representative Pitts to close on HB 1026.

 

HB 1026 was left pending without objection.

The chair laid out HB 1062.

 

The chair recognized Representative Pitts to explain HB 1062.
