Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2013, and permission granted on February 26, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles VI, VII, & VIII met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Darby, at 1:31 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Darby; Raney; Ashby; Márquez; and Muñoz, Jr..

 

A quorum was present.

(Representative Bell now present.)

 

At 2:06 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
