Pursuant to a notice posted on February 19, 2013, and permission granted on February 20, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 12:09 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Gonzales, Larry; Orr; and Perry.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

(Representative King, Susan now present.)

 

(Representative Longoria now present.)

 

(Representative McClendon now present.)

 

At 1:50 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 3:00 p.m., February 25, 2013.

 

The committee reconvened at 3:11 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Gonzales, Larry; King, Susan; Longoria; and Orr.

 

A quorum was present.
