Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2013, revised on February 12, 2013, and permission granted on February 13, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Sylvester, at 7:34 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Turner, Sylvester; Gonzales, Larry; King, Susan; Longoria; Orr; and Perry.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

The subcommittee hear testimony from the Legislative Budget Board.
