Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2013, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 12:12 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Crownover; Bonnen, Greg; Howard; Patrick, Diane; and Ratliff.

 

A quorum was present.
