Pursuant to a notice posted on February 22, 2013, and permission granted on February 26, 2013, to meet while the House was in session, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 12:18 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Crownover; Bonnen, Greg; Giddings; Howard; Patrick, Diane; and Ratliff.

 

A quorum was present.

 

 

At 3:12 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned.
