Relating to eligibility for compensation of persons wrongfully imprisoned.

Relating to sales and use tax treatment of certain snack items.

Relating to auditing and monitoring of performance under contracts for state-adopted assessment instruments administered to public school students.

Relating to certain criminal offenses concerning the unlawful transfer or purchase of certain weapons.

Relating to the punishment for the offense of tampering with a witness and the evidence that may be offered to show that offense.

Relating to the prosecution of the offense of obstruction or retaliation; providing penalties.

Relating to the period of time allowed for issuance of decisions by the commissioner of education in certain appeals against school districts.

Relating to restraint and seclusion procedures and reporting at certain facilities.

Relating to the composition of the Texas Coordinating Council for Veterans Services and coordinating workgroups established by the council.

Relating to the transportation and storage of concealed handguns and ammunition by students in vehicles on the campuses of institutions of higher education.
