R E S O L U T I O N
         WHEREAS, Chase Fruge has provided exemplary service as a
  legislative director in the office of State Representative Jason
  Villalba throughout the 83rd Legislative Session; and
         WHEREAS, Cheerful, gregarious, enthusiastic, and humorous
  are just a few of the adjectives used to describe this popular staff
  member, whose significant contributions throughout the legislative
  session have been of great benefit to Representative Villalba and
  the constituents of House District 114; and
         WHEREAS, A proud member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of
  2011, graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelor of
  science degree in agricultural business and with a minor in
  economics and a certification in international trade, this
  hardworking young man has consistently demonstrated his ability to
  review and analyze large volumes of bills and respond thoughtfully
  and efficiently to the challenges that arise in a fast-paced
  legislative environment; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Fruge handled myriad responsibilities,
  including organizing bill books, compiling research, drafting
  talking points, writing and editing bill analyses, tracking
  legislation, meeting with constituents and issue advocates, and
  fielding numerous calls each day; and
         WHEREAS, Chase Fruge has proven himself to be a knowledgeable
  and dependable legislative staffer, and it is a pleasure to
  recognize him for his many contributions during the legislative
  session; now, therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby commend Chase Fruge for his service as a
  legislative director and extend to him best wishes for future
  success and happiness; and, be it further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for Mr. Fruge as an expression of high regard by the Texas
  House of Representatives.
