R E S O L U T I O N
 
         WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
  passing of Leland Ray Walding of Livingston on April 5, 2013, at the
  age of 80; and
         WHEREAS, Mr. Walding was born in Montgomery County on
  December 10, 1932, to Lewis and Etta Walding; as a young man, he
  married Syble Walding, and the couple were blessed with two
  children, Connie and Douglas; and
         WHEREAS, Through the years, Mr. Walding also served as a
  source of wisdom and inspiration to his granddaughter, Jessica, and
  his grandson, Brian; and
         WHEREAS, Leland Walding treasured the time he spent in the
  company of his family and friends, and those he leaves behind will
  forever carry their memories of him close in their hearts; now,
  therefore, be it
         RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas
  Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Leland Ray Walding and
  extend sincere sympathy to his daughter, Connie Walding; to his
  son, Douglas Walding, and his wife, Melissa; to his brother, Bruce
  Walding, and his wife, Nancy; to his grandchildren, Jessica and
  Brian Walding; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it
  further
         RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
  prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
  Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Leland Ray
  Walding.
