Amend CSHB 7 (house committee report) on page 4, by striking lines 7 through 9 and substituting the following:
and [related support activities and] to pay for activities that will enhance the state's solid waste management program. The commission shall issue a biennial report to the legislature describing in detail how the money was spent. The activities to enhance the state's solid waste management program must include[, including]:
