R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Rosemary and Gerald Fulton of Lubbock celebrated |
|
|
their 60th wedding anniversary on June 11, 2013, and they may indeed |
|
|
reflect with joy on the rewarding relationship they have shared; |
|
|
and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Gerald Fulton and the former Rosemary Fredricks |
|
|
exchanged the vows of matrimony in Lubbock in 1953, and over the |
|
|
course of their marriage, they have found in each other a loving |
|
|
life partner; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Fulton count among their blessings a |
|
|
fine family that includes their children, Teresa Henderson and her |
|
|
husband, Rick, Jennifer Huff, Lisa Fulton, and Gerald L. T. Fulton, |
|
|
as well as their six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, |
|
|
with whom they treasure sharing many special occasions; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, For six decades, Mr. and Mrs. Fulton have brought to |
|
|
their marriage laughter, kindness, and devotion, and it is a |
|
|
pleasure to honor them for their enduring commitment; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 83rd Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby congratulate Rosemary and |
|
|
Gerald Fulton on their 60th wedding anniversary and extend to them |
|
|
sincere best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Fulton as an expression of high regard by |
|
|
the Texas House of Representatives. |
