Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with Senate Rule 11.10 and 11.18 on March 7, 2012, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Oversight of Bexar Metropolitan Water District was held on Monday, March 26, 2012, in the Main Library Auditorium at 600 Soledad Street in San Antonio, Texas.

Senator Carlos Uresti, the acting chair, called the meeting to order at 9:10 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

Witnesses testifying and registering on the bill are shown on the attached list.

 

The chair moved that the public testimony be closed; without objection, it was so ordered.

 

There being no further business, at 10:42 AM Senator Uresti moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
