Pursuant to a notice posted in accordance with HCR 63, a public hearing of the Joint Committee on Economic Development, Select was held on Thursday, November 8, 2012, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.012, at Austin, Texas.

The chair called the meeting to order at 10:00 AM. There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:

 

Witnesses testifying and registering are shown on the attached list.

 

The chair moved that the public testimony be closed; without objection, it was so ordered.

 

The chair requested updates from each of the four sub-groups for the Select Committee on Economic Development.

 

 

 

There being no further business, at 11:45 AM Foster moved that the Committee stand recessed subject to the call of the chair. Without objection, it was so ordered.
