Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2012, the House Committee on Ways & Means met in a public hearing and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative John Otto, at 2:18 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Elkins; Gonzalez, Naomi; Lyne; Martinez Fischer; and Ritter.
