Pursuant to a notice posted on September 27, 2012, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a joint hearing with the House Subcommittee on Appropriations for Article VI, VII, and VIII on Interim Charge Number 3, with invited testimony only which was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 10:10 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Dutton; Alvarado; and Simpson.

At 12:50 p.m., on the motion of Representative Dutton and without objection, the meeting was recessed until 1:11 p.m. on October 8, 2012, where pursuant to a notice posted on September 27, 2012, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing on Interim Charge Number 4, with invited testimony only.

At 1:54 p.m., on the motion of Representative Dutton and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
