CORRECTED MINUTES

 

On May 9, 2011, the House Committee on Urban Affairs authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Urban Affairs held on April 13, 2011. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 8, 2011, and an announcement from the House floor to meet at 5:30p.m., the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Dutton, at 5:37 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows:  Representatives Dutton; Callegari; Mallory Caraway; King, Phil; and Simpson.

 

A quorum was present.

HB 43

 

The chair laid out HB 43 as pending business.

 

The chair explained HB 43.

 

Representative Alvarado moved that HB 43, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  Prior to a full vote being taken, the chair withdrew HB 43.
